The Consumer Electronics Show(CES) is right around the corner and as it nears we are seeing more and more posters and announcements from the companies attending the event. Xiaomi’s sub-brand Huami under the Amazfit branding is going to launch a couple of new products. In the past, we heard that the company is going to showcase its TWS earbuds and BipS watch at the event, and now a new leak reveals the launch of the Amazfit T-Rex smartwatch.

The company on its Weibo account posted an image of the upcoming T-Rex smartwatch. It reveals the circular rugged design with thick bands and a solid watch dial.
The poster states “New series of outdoor smartwatches meets you on January 8, this suggests that the smartwatch will debut on January 8 at the CES event.
Other than this, the Amazefit T-Rex will be a rugged smartwatch with features such as Heart-Rate monitoring, Sleep Tracking, Steps Tracking and other general features. It will also come with various modes for different exercises.
Being a rugged smartwatch we expect it to be shock and water-resistant. It is also speculated to come with a 390mAh battery and Bluetooth 5.0 support.
That’s what we know so far about the smartwatch but the launch is just a few days ahead where we can learn more details on the watch.
