Honor has launched their Honor View 20 smartphone at an event in China. It comes with a punch-hole camera and a unique design which will compete with Samsung’s punch-hole camera phone which is the Galaxy A8s.
Honor View 20 Smartphone Details
Honor View 20 is also called as Honor V20 and come’s with a great hardware. It sports a 6.4-inch fullHD+(2310×1080 pixel) display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio.
The highlighting thing here is that the phone comes with a punch-hole camera display. This means there is no notch but just a camera hole at top left of the screen.
Moving to the camera, the Honor View 20 features a 48-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture. This sensor can shoot up to 960fps slow-motion video and has AI HDR support. Another camera lens comes with a 3D ToF sensor which captures the depth of field. On the front, it houses a 25-megapixel front camera sensor with f/2.0 aperture.
Under the hood, it is powered by Huawei’s custom chipset the 7nm HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.
The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie and houses a 4,000mAh battery that supports 4.5V/5A fast charging. It also comes with USB TYPE-C port and other connectivity options including Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and GPS.
Pricing And Availibility:
In terms of pricing and availability, the Honor View 20 starts at CNY 2,999(roughly Rs. 30,400) for 6/128GB variant, and CNY 3,499 (roughly Rs. 35,500) for the 8/256GB variant.
The company has also launched a Moschino Edition starting at CNY 3,999(roughly Rs. 40,600). It will be available for purchase starting from December 28.
Other than this, the smartphone will launch in Paris on January 22 and it will launch in India soon eclsuivelty on Amazon.in.
