Lenovo’s upcoming budget smartphone, the Lenovo Z6 was in the rumour mill several times and now finally the smartphone has been teased on Weibo. It will be the successor of Lenovo Z5 and will be arriving in Blue and Brown colour variants. Let’s take a look at the images and expected specs of the device.
The Lenovo Z6 will come in a black box with the blue Lenovo branding on top of it. The box packaging doesn’t show off the smartphone, it just has the number ‘6’ at the front. In the image, we can see also see the half bottom portion of the device. The phone’s body looks shiny and has a Lenovo branding as well. We also get to see the smartphone’s two colour variants – Blue and Brown.
The Lenovo Z6 was also seen on 3C certification a few weeks back that revealed it’s 18W fast charging capability. It is also expected that the smartphone will run on Android 9 Pie out of the box and Lenovo’s custom UI on top of it. Some sources suggest that it will come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 chipset with 4GB of base RAM model.
Just like the images, we expect the company’s VP Chang Cheng to post some more updates on the smartphone in coming days. Other than this, its launch date is still a question but we expect it to launch soon in a couple of weeks.
