Oppo has just refreshed its A-lineup of smartphones, first, the company launched the Oppo A8 and then the Oppo A91. We have already covered the launch of the Oppo A8 and now the Oppo A91 is the next mid-range phone that debuted today.
The mid-range smartphone comes with a premium design and specs, rocks a Quad-camera setup and an In-display fingerprint scanner. Let’s take a look at all the highlights of the smartphone.

The all-new Oppo A91 comes with a sleek design, it rocks a 6.4-inch water-drop notch display with a resolution of FHD+. It is an AMOLED panel with a 20:9 aspect ratio. This display also doubles up as an In-display fingerprint scanner which is claimed to unlock the device instantly.
In terms of optics, it features a Quad-camera setup at the rear. There’s a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and the last 2-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, it has a single camera for selfies.
Under the hood, it comes powered by a MediaTek Helio P70 SoC coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory(expandable via microSD card). It houses a 4,000mAh battery with 30W VOOC 3.0 fast charge support. It is said to juice up the device quickly.
The device runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box and has Oppo’s ColorOS on top of it. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C for charging and data transfer.
The Oppo A91 comes in three finishes – Red, Dark Blue, and Gradient colour variant. It starts at CNY 1,999 that is roughly $285 or ₹20,400 and it will go on sale starting December 26 in China.
