Oppo has launched a new mid-range smartphone in the Indian market, the Oppo K3 comes with a full-screen display, dual cameras, and a great design. Let’s take a look at all the details.
Oppo has targeted the smartphone to the youths of India who prefer good looks and great gaming experience. To boost the gaming experience, Oppo has added GameBoost 2.0 which basically clears all the apps and makes the game ready to utilize all the raw power.
The Oppo K3 sports a 6.5-inch full-HD+(2340×1080 pixels) display without a notch. The screen is full-screen and so it comes with a pop-out selfie camera that pops out once the camera application is turned on. The front lens is a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor and at the rear, there are dual cameras. It comes with a 16-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The company has added Ultra Clear Night View 2.0 mode and AI scene detection features to the smartphone.
Now if talk about the performance side of things, the Oppo K3 should perform well as it sports the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. The device runs on Andriod 9 Pie out of the box and Oppo’s custom skin on top of it. The smartphone house a 3,765mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging support.
The Oppo K3 comes in Jade Black and Aurora Blue colour options and will start at Rs. 16,990 for the base 6GB/64GB variant and Rs. 19,990 for the 8GB/128GB variant. It will go on sale in the country starting July 23 exclusively on Amazon India shopping portal.
It will compete with the newly launched Realme X and Redmi K20 smartphone, even the Vivo V15 is in the competition. The specs look good on paper to take over the competitors but the real-life performance is what we have to wait for.
