Oppo seems to expand its smartphone lineup as the company has officially announced a new sub-brand named ‘Reno’. The company is expected to launch many different devices in this new product line competing with several other smartphone brands.
The company announced sub-brand Realme last year which is making a buzz in the Indian market, but now Oppo doesn’t seem to stop here as Oppo’s ‘Reno’ will be a competitive product line.
The company’s CEO Brian Shen posted a picture of the new Reno sub-brand, however, the picture doesn’t reveal any significant details. But sources suggest that this will be a gaming oriented product line just like Vivo’s iQOO.
If Reno comes up as a gaming brand it might create a buzz in the market as with youngsters these days playing competitive games such as PUBG and Fortnite may prefer the brand. This suggests that phones in this new product line might come with powerful hardware. But all this is just a speculation, so we’ll have to wait till the company reveals more on the same.
