A few days back a leak surfaced online that revealed a Realme smartphone with model number RMX1901 and now the sources confirm that its the upcoming Realme X smartphone.
According to the Realme’s Cheif Marketing Officer, this new smartphone will be named as Realme X smartphone. The post on Weibo also reveals a video showcasing the smartphone. From our first glance, the device looks pretty good from the front, however, the rear design is okayish. It appears to be a plastic back panel with a look similar to some Nokia phones in the past.
The smartphone in the video also matches the past TENAA leaks. It looks similar to the leaks with a pop-up camera and full-screen design.
Other than this, let’s list down some of the quick specifications of the Realme X smartphone.
It will be a mid-range smartphone featuring a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display without any sort of notch. Instead, it will sport a 16-megapixel pop-up selfie camera that is said to provide detailed selfie portraits. At the rear, there will be a dual camera setup with an LED flash. There will be a Realme branding at the rear bottom of the device.
Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 Soc paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage(expandable via microSD card). It will run on ColorOS 6 and boost a 3,680mAh battery. There are no details on its fast charging capabilities but we expect some sort of fast charging support on the phone.
The Realme X is said to arrive first in China and then it will be launched in other countries including India.
