Xiaomi has launched the much anticipated super-budget smartphone in India. The Redmi 7 is a super-budget smartphone that comes with really good hardware and features and starts at just Rs. 7,999.
The Redmi 7 sports a 6.26-inch HD+ IPS display with a dot notch. It has an aspect ratio of 19:9 and comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Moving to the cameras, the phone sports 12-megapixel+ 2-megapixel dual camera setup with an LED single tone LED flash. Here another 2-megapixel lens is a depth sensor. At the front, there is a standard 8-megapixel selfie camera.
The Redmi 7 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC paired with either 2GB or 3GB of RAM and comes in two storage options the 32GB and 64GB expandable storage. It runs on Android 9 Pie and MIUI 10 on top of it. The battery here is 4,000mAh without any sort of fast charging support.
It comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and Face unlock as a security option. It is available in Lunar Red, Comet Blue, and Eclipse Black finishes and will go on sale on April 29 exclusively on Amazon India website.
