Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has now officially unveiled the Redmi Note 7 Pro on Thursday in India. This is the Pro model and elder brother of the regular Redmi Note 7. It comes with amazing specifications and a great set of cameras. So let’s take a look at its details.

Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro share some similar specifications but the Pro model of the device comes with some differences in the internals and sports a beast camera.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro features the same 6.3-inch full-HD+ display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. It also sports a tear-drop notch and has a Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

In terms of cameras, it sports a dual rear camera setup consisting of a beast 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, it houses a 13-megapixel single camera setup for selfies.

the Redmi Note 7 Pro also surprises with the new powerful SoC, it comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 octa-core SoC paired with two RAM and storage options, the 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB. The device also packs a massive 4,000mAh battery with a Quick Charge 4.0 support. It runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box and has MIUI 10 running top of it.

In terms of security, it has a rear mounted fingerprint scanner and a Face Unlock feature which is same as the regular Redmi Note 7. The device also comes with 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port and also has several connectivity options such as Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi, and an infrared sensor.

The device comes in Space Black, Nebula Red, and Neptune Blue colour options.

The smartphone starts at Rs. 13,999 for the base 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage option, and Rs. 16,999 for the maxed out 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage variant. It will be available for purchase exclusively on Flipkart, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores starting March 13 at 12 pm India Time.
