Xiaomi has launched the highly anticipated Redmi Note 7 smartphone on Thursday in China. The smartphone comes with a 48-megapixel camera sensor and powerful hardware.

The Redmi Note 7 is a budget smartphone and it sports a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display with small notch housing the front camera. The highlighting thing is that it comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection which the company claims to be very durable.

Another major highlight here is the camera, the smartphone comes with a 48-megapixel dual camera setup which will click details photos. On the front, it has a 13-megapixel selfie camera.
The Redmi Note 7 is powered by an Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC clocked at 2.2Ghz. It will be available in three RAM/Internal storage configurations the 3GB RAM/32GB storage, 4GB RAM/64GB storage, and 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage.
It is backed up by a 4,000 mAh battery with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 4 support. The device will run on Android 9.0 Pie and MIUI v10 on top of it. It will be available in three colour options, the Blue, Black, and Twilight Gold.
Moving to the pricing, the Redmi Note 7 starts at CNY999(approx $150 or Rs. 10,365) for 3GB/32GB variant, CNY1,199(approx $177 or Rs. 12,500) For 4GB/64GB variant, and CNY 1,399(approx $210 or Rs. 14,800) for 6GB/64GB variant.
The device will be available for purchase starting from January 15. However, the global launch date or the launch date in India is unknown to us, but the device is expected to launch next month.
