Samsung has launched the all-new Galaxy M21 smartphone in India. The Samsung Galaxy M21 was silently launched online due to the scares of COVID-19(Corona Virus). It is the successor of the Samsung Galaxy M20 smartphone that debuted last year and has quite a few improvements. Let’s take a look at the device and its specifications.
Samsung Galaxy M21 Smartphone Details
The smartphone comes in the modern Samsung design with vertical rear camera setup and water-drop notch design. It is made out of plastic and has a 6.4-inch full-HD+ AMOLED panel. It is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and has bere minimum bezels on every side.
Talking about the cameras, the Galaxy M21 sports a triple rear camera housed in the vertical setup. There is a 48-megapixel primary sensor at the top, below it there is an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and the third lens is a 5-megapixel depth sensor. This is much improved than the dual-rear camera on its predecessor.
It also gets a chipset boost, the device is powered by Exynos 9611 paired with 4GB of base RAM option and up to 128GB internal storage. The storage here is expandable via a microSD card slot. Not just the chipset and cameras, the battery also is upgraded to whopping 6,000mAh than the 5,000mAh on Galaxy M20.
Other than this, the smartphone runs on Android 10 out of the box and has Samsung’s One UI on top of it. It has a 15W fast charging support and has USB Type-C and headphone jack. There is also a fingerprint scanner and face unlock as security options.
In terms of pricing, the Samsung Galaxy M21 starts at a price of ₹12,999 and comes in Black and Blue finishes. The device will go on sale starting March 23 in the country.
