Samsung announced the Galaxy Z Flip smartphone back in February this year, everyone went crazy over the flip design and flexible display, but what’s next? Well, just after a few months of the official launch of Z Flip its successor, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip second-generation leaks have started to pour in. A new patent reveals some design changes and hints the possible looks of the smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Second-Generation Patent Designs Revealed
The patent design comes from WIPO(World Intellectual Property Office) and LetsGo Digital, it shows the two possible designs of the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip second-generation. Well, we still don’t know the official naming so let’s call it second-generation for now.
There is the model A and model B, model A represents the same horizontal rear camera module seen in the original Z Flip, but has an extra camera lens. Due to the triple rear camera setup, the space for secondary display is less making the display compact. Other than this, there are no changes in the rear or even the front.
Model B has spaced out rear layout which is very different from the original Z Flip. It rocks a vertical triple camera module with a wider secondary screen. For now, the model B looks great, but still, there is no actual confirmation on these designs.
Samsung could utilize either of these designs in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip or might go with something new in the room.
