Just after a render leak, the Vivo APEX 2019 is now official. The Chinese smartphone player has unveiled the APEX 2019 smartphone and the interesting thing is that it has no ports, no buttons and not even a display notch.
Vivo APEX 2019 Phone’s Features And Specifications
The Vivo APEX 2019 is more or less similar to the Meizu’s hole-less phone which was launched yesterday in China as both the smartphones don’t feature any holes for charging and an audio jack for listening to music. But the Vivo APEX 2019 has some significant features which make it a great phone at least on paper.
Highlights And Features:
.Firstly the Vivo APEX phone comes with an all-screen display and no ports, but that makes us wonder how will the device charge. Vivo has made this phone a no hole smartphone and so it has a magnet port at the back for juicing it up.
Now if that’s sorted, we might think where are the speakers and how will we hear the audio as both speakers and audio jack are not present in the smartphone. Vivo APEX 2019 features a body sound casting technology which makes the display work as a speaker that Vivo claims to give a great audio experience. In terms of headphones, users have to strictly depend on Bluetooth technology.
One of the major highlight of the device is that is comes with a Full-Display Fingerprint Scanner. This means no need to touch at a certain area, instead you can touch anywhere on the screen to unlock the device.
Vivo APEX 2019 is the company’s first smartphone with Qualcomm’s X50 5G modem that means it will support 5G connectivity.

Apart from all these features, the smartphone comes with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC with 12GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of internal storage option.
The Vivo APEX 2019 comes with a 6.39-inch AMOLED display which as said works as a speaker by emitting sound through the display.
It sports a 12-megapixel + 13-megapixel dual camera set up at the rear with a LED flash below the camera lenses. However, Vivo has not talked about the front camera but in the images, we see no front camera.
Other than this, Vivo will showcase the APEX 2019 smartphone at MWC(Mobile World Congrees) in Barcelona. There at the event, users can experience the concept phone in hands.
