Vivo launched its mid-range smartphone, the Vivo S1 Pro a few months back in China. The smartphone will now finally arrive here in the Indian market. The company has shared a poster on its social media handles that tips the unveiling of the smartphone and has also revealed some other details of the device. Let’s take a look at the details.
The Vivo S1 Pro smartphone is scheduled to launch on January 4 in India. The poster also showcases its highlights, it reveals the Quad-camera setup and the presence of 48MP primary camera and 32MP selfie camera.
That’s just what the poster suggests, but the smartphone was launched globally earlier so we know the specs of the smartphone.
It has a 6.38-inch display with a resolution of FHD+. The device has a water-drop notch display with minimum bezels. It has a 19:9 aspect ratio with a higher screen-to-body percentage.
In terms of optics, the smartphone features a Quad camera setup consisting of a 48MP primary lens, another 8MP secondary lens, the third 2MP depth-sensing lens, and the fourth 2MP macro lens. At the front, it has a 32MP camera for selfies.
In terms of raw power, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC instead of 675 that was in the Chinese variant. This is accompanied by 8GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory(expandable via microSD card). It bags a 4,500 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
Now the only thing left is the pricing and we expect the smartphone to be priced in the INR 20,000 range. Still, let’s wait for the official announcement at the event on January 4.
