Vivo has unveiled its new budget smartphone, the Vivo Z3x in China. The company has launched a smartphone that is pretty similar to the Vivo Z1 in terms of specifications, but there are a few changes that make the Vivo Z3x stand apart.

The Vivo Z3x has a similar looking design to Vivo Z1 and Vivo V9 smartphones. It features a 6.36-inch full-HD+ display with a standard notch at the top of the screen. It has an AI 13-megapixel+2-megapixel rear cameras at the rear with a single tone LED flash beneath the cameras. At the front, it sports a 16-megapixel selfie shooter that claims to shoot amazing selfie shots.

It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of Onboard storage(expandable via a microSD card). It runs on Vivo’s custom Funtouch OS 9 based on Android 9 Pie out of the box. It also has some features and modes such as System Turbo and Game Turbo that ensures smooth functioning of the smartphone while gaming and normal tasks.

The Vivo Z3x comes in Red, Black and Purple finishes and comes with a price of CNY 1,198(roughly $180/INR 12,600). It will go on pre-orders starting May 1 and will be shipped a few weeks later.
