Xiaomi is expected to expand its smartphone lineup with a new smartphone with a pop-up camera. On Weibo, a teaser video was shared where we get to see a bunch of Redmi smartphones along with this unknown smartphone with a pop-up camera in an Avengers: Endgame trailer. It can be the company’s next smartphone which they might unveil soon.
The smartphone teaser created the hype of this new smartphone with the pop-up cameras and also gave us a hint that a Redmi smartphone is on its way. Earlier, Manu Kumar Jain from Xiaomi tweeted about a Redmi smartphone that will make its way to India pretty soon. It is said to be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 7oo series chipset.
Further some leaks confirm that it will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC. Now Qualcomm launched two new chipsets, the Snapdragon 730 and Snapdragon 730G which are based on the 8nm process that is efficient and powerful. So we expect to see any one of these chipset models in the upcoming pop-up camera phone from Xiaomi.
