In the annual launch even Xiaomi launched the Mi Band 3 fitness tracker. Apart from the tracker Xiaomi also launched the Mi 8 and Mi 8 SE smartphone featuring 18.7:9 display with the notch. Now talking about the Mi Band 3, Xiaomi has priced it 169 Yuan which is somewhere around INR 1800.
There is also one more variant with the NFC chip for making mobile payments. The price of this variant is higher at Yuan 199. Mi Band 3 will be available in Black, Blue and Red colour. The Mi Band 3 will show steps, sleep tracking and heart rate tracking data. It will also support the sedentary reminders which will remind you to walk after certain time.
Mi Band 3 also supports a caller feature and you can also mute the call directly from the Band itself. Mi Band 3 also shows weather information when paired with the phone. In terms of screen the Mi band 3 has the 0.78-inch OLED color display with 128X80 pixel resolution, it has Bluetooth 4.2 and its also water resistant upto 5ATM(50meters).
The battery on the Mi Band 3 is 110 mAh and will give more than 20 days of battery life with normal daily usage. The fitness tracker will go on sale from 5th of June in china. There is no information when this tracker will be available in India and other countries.
