Triple Cameras? Nah, they are way too mainstream for Nokia. Months ago we saw a render of the alleged Nokia 9 Pureview, at first, it kinda seemed like a joke but over time we saw the news getting even more serious and eventually we witnessed the launch itself. Well, after that it stopped appearing on the front page. Until last week. Nokia’s Indian Twitter handle posted out a teaser of the phone arriving in India and we are going crazy.
Of course, by now you know what the main highlight of the device is, the Penta cam, but it comes with a lot more than that. The Nokia 9 Pureview is available on Flipkart and Nokia’s Online Store starting today.
The device sports a 5.99inch Quad-HD+ POLED screen with an 18:5:9 aspect ratio with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the device comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage.
Now, for the part that everyone is here for, it comes with a five-camera setup with 12MP sensors on each one with three of them monochrome sensors and two of them 12-megapixel RGB sensors. To the front is a 20-megapixel selfie shooter.
The Nokia 9 Pureview is IP67 certified with water and dust resistance and the device is backed by a 3,320mAh battery which can be charged with the help of a USB Type-C charger and unfortunately, it misses out on the 3.5mm headphone jack.
As for the pricing, the Nokia 9 PureView is priced at Rs. 49,999 on Flipkart and Nokia. As part of an ongoing limited period offer, Nokia will provide the users buying the PureView via the company website with a gift card worth Rs. 5,000 and a Nokia 705 Earbuds as well
