Oppo has launched the F9 Pro in India and just like its predecessor F7 the F9 Pro is a selfie-centeric phone. Along with Pro Model, Oppo has also launched the Oppo F9 which has the 4GB RAM and 16-MP camera at the back.

There are few things which are really interesting such as the minimalist notch design which is not that prominent. In terms of screen its a 6.3-inch FHD+ with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and the screen has standard IPS Panel. The processor on the phone is a MediaTek’s Helio P60 which has the Oppo’s ultra-fast VOOC Flash charging technology. The phone comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB Storage which can further be expended with an internal microSD card of upto 256GB.

At the back of the phone we can see the fingerprint sensor and the dual camera setup where we get the 16MP primary with an aperture of f/1.8 and 2MP secondary f/2.4. And in the front the waterdrop notch houses the 25MP Front shooter with an aperture f/2.0. In terms of battery the phone is powered by 3500 mAh which is a big upgrade over the F7. Company claims that it can give  2 hours of talk time with just 5 minute of charge with its VOOC Flash Charging. In terms of software it comes out of the box with ColorOS 5.2 which is based on Android Oreo 8.1.

Oppo F9 Pro is available in three colours Sunrise Red, Twilight Blue and Starry Purple. The price of the phone is Rs. 23,990 and is available for Pre-order on Flipkart, Amazon, PayTM Mall and Offline retail stores. There are few launch offers such as One-Time screen replacement and 3.2TB Data benefits for Jio Customers. There is also a standard F9 version which is priced at Rs. 19,990 and this variant there is a 16MP Front shooter instead of 25MP. And the phone also doesn’t have the VOOC Flash charge support.
